First Edition. Superb Large Format Volume of 242 pp with many fine photos of the Bentley through its memorable history as a fine road car and a race winner.

As is so well known Bentley held a virtual monopoly of the Sarthe circuit at Le Mans in the late twenties. To make a comeback to the chequered flag at Le Mans some 70 years later, would have bought tears to the eyes of many, most who had only read of the achievements of the magnificent Bentley’s of yesteryear.

It is now right & fitting that the author has combined the two eras into this one volume and included the years in between when the name remained synonymous with British Quality Engineering & Luxury.

Large format hardback in excellent condition. Matt black dust cover also good although has some light scuff lines to front cover. Otherwise very clean. Fabulous book.
