Covers the growth of powerful Auto Union and Mercedes cars in the thirties, covers early Indianapolis, the Italian domination of the post war era, the introduction of F2 and the early British successes up to 1960. Complete with extensive colour and b/w photos.

No dust cover but with pleasing white boards and illustration to cover. Some inevitable marking to this. Interior generally good, bar some minor browning to first few intro pages.
