1948 edition of this well regarded book. This book is the study of grand prix racing with a vast amount of information obtained first-hand at Mercedes-Benz where the author, George Monkhouse, was given access to the racing department at Stuttgart.

Hard cover in good condition, inside very clean and tightly bound. Exterior red boards are a little grubby with some bumping to corners, scuffing to top and bottom of spine, one or two very small hole marks – otherwise good. Small owenrs inscription and stamp to inside cover.
