1906 first edition. A classic of motor racing literature, first published in 1906, which covers the golden age of Victorian and Edwardian motoring history. Hardback with dark blue boards and gilt ‘action’ illustration on front, gilt lettering and illustration to spine. No dust jacket. In remarkable condition for age. Some very slight scuffing and bumping to covers, very slight tear to top of spine.

Inside cover has slight cracking to spine but fully intact. Some light foxing to the early pages and intermittent pages throughout, but a really good copy complete with pull out charts in appendices. A fantastic and rare opportunity to own a first edition of an acknowledged classic.
